I was got a new fitbit Versa 2 and I downloaded the app to my S10. Followed all instructions but when I go to plug my fitbit in the charger it keeps telling me it's not plugged in even though I can clearly see it charging. It won't let me finish the setup process because the app is not recognizing its plugged in. I've tried restarting both phone and watch. I've deleted the fitbit app on phone and tried redownloading. I've searched through the fitbit forums to troubleshoot the issue and after trying all the different recommendations it still will not recognize my fitbit is in charger. Help! How do I fix this?

Hi @CJbutterfly22, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa 2 since it's not being recognized by the charger when trying to set it up. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please try other USB ports of the computer and make sure that you are following the setup process as instructed in this help article.
