Versa screen won't turn on

so ive had this versa for quite some time, a gift from my dad when he was out of the country, i actually have this issue before, with the sync problem because i turned on the device lock and needed to unlock it with my phone, and ive tried some solution from the forum and got it working before but now, this time i actually end up doing something bad, this time, i got my versa locked again with device lock, and this time i accidentally removed or unpaired my device from my account, so now i needed to pair it with my phone but then i cant since whenever the fitbit app requests pin number from my versa, the versa responses with "unlock with your phone" without letting me to see the pin, so i cant pair it and now i've tried to find some solution in the forums again, and this time i did the factory reset using the three buttons after charging it to 100%, but after doing it, i got a black screen with no response, no screen logo feedback and no vibrates at all even if it is docked in the charger to my computer, whenever i dock my versa in the charger, it connects and disconnects after a couple of seconds in my computer

ive already tried to send email to customer support but then just in case it would prolly take some time to get response, id like to find answer.
