Hi @Alfjel and welcome!
The first thing I always tell people is to make sure that the contacts on both the charger and the device are cleaned. You can easily do this by taking a toothpick and gently scraping around the gold dots (on the tracker) and gold pins (on the charger).
Next, plug the device into a computer or charging port. For this, you will need to make sure that the pins and contacts are lined up EXACTLY, otherwise they won't get a good connection (this is also why I mentioned cleaning the charger and device). Please leave it plugged in for at least 2 hours to get a decent charge.
Let us know how it goes!

one cruise ship at a time!Hi @Alfjel , try another USB port on your PC or a wall outlet with a certified adapter. Can you arrange another charger? Might also be that your Versa is DOA, in that case, contact Customer Support. regards kuzibri

Best AnswerI had a replacement about a year ago. Over the last week mine has gone from 5 days on a full charge to 2 days, then a few hours to now not taking a charge at all. I kept my original pebble which again only lasts a day and that charges fine. At a loss with these things now.
