I was wondering if anyone else was having issues with their Versa lite not charging? Mine is only a week old and I can not get it to charge. I’ve updated it, tried connecting it to various different outlets and my laptop. It’s not officially died. Anyone got any help for me?

Welcome to the forums!
The best way to charge it is on your laptop
If your wall changer is not UL certified it will damage the battery
If that doesn't help then I would take it back and exchange it where ever you got it. If here that use the Help link st the top of the forum
See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery

Thank you for your advice. It will not charge off my laptop. It’s almost like the Fitbit screen won’t connect with the charger. There is nothing displayed when I plug it in.
