Chat not works

I have a Fitbit Versa 2.  I tried to get into chat to ask a question.  The chat asks if want to go into into it.  I hit yes and the chat starts.  It asks to select an option to continue.  However there is no option to select on screen.

 

Is anyone else having the same issue.

Same, I had to use mobile.

Yes.  I had to use Fitbit support to tell them the issue with chat.  So it's not a problem on my end
