I'm trying to get a Versa 3 but the checkout page is not working properly. I've been stuck in the Shipping Address page for two days now. 😞
Hi @AracelliGR have you tried using a different web browser? Sometimes that helps me when I have problems ordering online. One place I order from only lets me use Internet Explorer or Edge. It seems to hate Chrome!
It's a year later, but I'm having the same issue. I cleared out all my cookies/cache etc and tried 4 times. When I used PayPal instead of a card, it allowed me to check out. This seems silly and probably deters people from buying the product.
Best AnswerI had this exact problem!!! Are you using google chrome? Fitbit website refuses to function on that. I used Fire Fox instead and it worked first try, even got a coupon. I know how frustrating it was so I hope it works. Good luck!
