Choosing a clock face

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Just replaced my Versa. I had my previous one for 14 months. Seems like it started to malfunction after using the non-Fitbit clock faces in the app (may have been coincidence). Was wanting to know if there are certain developers that are more trustworthy or what characteristics of the clock face are more likely to be a successful choice? I want one that displays the temp and battery life.

Thanks

Hi, you're absolutely right about non-Fitbit Clock Faces, ther can cause a lot of problems due to not being compatible with the latest FW version or being outdated or whatever reason. It's my personal opinion the the ones that are not free, are the best ones. Usually you can use these for a short trial period after which you have to pay for it. If I may make a suggestion: search for the "Olbia Coding" Clock faces in all Clock Faces. most of them are not free, but this developer (I know him very well) is very trustworthy. his faces have a trial period of 30 hours after which you have to buy it. Usually this is about $1.1, but they are all worth each and ecery penny of it. I use one of his faces myself and never had any problems with it. Even better, my battery life increasd from 4 to at least 5 days on one charge due to their small sizes. Hace a look at them and try one out. He has a CF that shows temperature and battery percentage. Hope you like them, I love them.

@Shallcron  I totally rule out that some clockfaces/apps could create malfunctioning on the watch as the SDK provided by Fitbit does not let developers to go into such depth of programming to affect the smartwatch operation.

Hence it is purely coincidental.
