“Clock Error” “go to Fitbit mobile app and try another clock”
appears when I press time button. Have tried to load another clock
face from the mobile app, but also fails. Any ideas????

There is another post marked as solved but is still getting activity, I recommend reading those comments. Looks like issue is due to a software upgrade, solution is to have it replaced, but there is a temp fix directions provided. See note for step by step.
