Clock Error

My versa screen is now showing the words Clock error. The clock and and HR info has disapeared. Screen advises to go to fitbit mobil app and try anther clock. Have done this but new clock face does not appear with no change to the clock error message. Have tried to shutdown and do a restart but I am getting the same result. 

What can I do ?

Try a clock "by Fitbit".

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Mine started showing the same today.

Won't take any clocks.
