I discovered that the clock face was blank on my Versa Special Edition, battery was drained to 67% and the Settings were not available. In short, my smartwatch wasn’t functioning as it should’ve. Any idea?

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary. If that doesn't work, install a different clock face, preferably one from Fitbit.
