My versa is over year old & started restarting again & again since yesterday. I tried reset & factory reset. Factory reset seems to have stopped continuous restart issue but screen is no longer responding. It is syncing with phone but i cant use screen.
what can be done to get it back working?

Try installing a different clock face, preferably one from Fitbit.

I have this problem as well. I have removed all of the apps I added and am using the original click face. It is still no better.

If you are not in the U.S., your warranty may be longer than 1 year.

Had chat with Helpdesk. They are sending replacement as it is still under warranty. Thanks all for replying.
