Display not working

Screen is blank but still track. I need to know how to reset it.

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

@Willie68, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the display issues that your Fitbit Versa is experiencing, I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved after following the restart process that @SunsetRunner shared.

 

In addition, I would like to know if your watch vibrates when you put it on the charger. Also, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
