Clock display incorrect on Versa 2

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

The clock display is showing an incorrect time after updating on the Versa 2. I've tried to restart my Versa 2 watch in hopes it would resync to the time zone I am in, but it did not work. I've also tried to turn off Bluetooth and turn back on Bluetooth on my phone to disconnect and reconnect the device in hopes that it would change my clock display on my Versa 2. These troubleshooting techniques did not help sync the time display issue on the watch.

It appears others are also having this issue.

Will there be another update to fix this time clock display bug?

Thank you.

We had the same problem going on with one of ours, and the disconnect and shut Bluetooth off while disconnected we shut Bluetooth off and back on and reconnect. And it worked. None of the other usual tricks worked before that. Try clearing the cache of apps running in the background….at least for iPhone….and then reopen the app. It might work.

Thank you for the suggestion. I just tried this, in the order you suggested, however it still is showing the time an hour back. I have an Android phone.

Hi @Dbopdew  - it seems to be a time zone issue.

In the Fitbit App click profile photo, App Settings.

Disable automatic time zone and location and set the time zone manually and then sync. Sometimes another watch restart may be necessary.

If you are also having syncing problems a phone restart can help.

You can reenable automatic time zone afterwards so it keeps good time.
