I have the Fitbit versa. I have the iPhone X. I am receiving no notifications through my versa. The app says it is registering steps, but the watch itself says 0 steps, 0 Valerie’s and 0 hrm. It has stopped tracking my sleep for days. Very frustrated! I have deleted the device, added the device, changed all the setting, reset the device. I have done all troubleshooting steps and there has been no change.

@Nlrousseau yes. There are no recordings. Are there any for the nights where the sleep was tracked? It seems like your heart rate is not being recorded properly and that will be a reason why you have no recorded sleep either.
ETA: Open Settings app on your Versa, scroll down to Heart rate and check if it's ON. Even if it's on, toggle it OFF and back ON, and reboot your Versa.
