Hi, try to deinstall and reinstall the Fitbit app. After reinstalling, reboot your watch.

Hi, you have probably done a factory reset instead of a reboot, since all of your historical data are gone. Rebooting your watch is done by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons untill you see the Fitbit logo on your screen and then releasing the keys. A factory reset, you can perform in two ways:
1. Go to the settings on your Versa and scroll down to Device Info, press that and scroll down to factory reset, or
2. By pressing and holding all three buttons at the same time untill you feel a strong vibration.
BTW, rebooting your watch can also be done as described in point 1, but the you have to choose shutdown. Restarting it can be done by pressing the left button untill the Fitbit logo appears.
