It seems my watch face is stuck on a code kzl.io/sphere

Im stuck on this page, i cant even go back to my original face on my watch now,  can anyone help please?

Hi @abobaker, I would restart the watch.  Do you have a Versa 1, Versa Lite, or Versa 2?  If it's the latter two, hold the button on the left side down for 10 seconds (therabouts), and release it.  The Fitbit logo should appear signaling a successful restart.

 

If you have the Versa 1, there's 3 buttons.  Hold down the left and bottom right buttons for about 10 seconds, then release.  Once again, if you see the Fitbit logo appear after that, the restart was successful.
