Clock time

My Versa 3 at random times will revert back to military time or 24 hour time.  I want the click to stay on 12 hour time.  How can I correct this?

Hi @lmcraig41 - normally the 12/24 setting is made in your account settings  - https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile

(don't forget to hit submit at the bottom of the screen and resync your watch for it to become effective).

If you are using special clock face it may have a separate setting and may not remember it - in which case try changing to another working clock face.
