Why is my Versa click losing time & not synching w/app or iPhone?

Hi @Zym - the two are related because when it syncs it should set the time.

In order to get it syncing try 

Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.

Make sure there are no other devices running the Fitbit App switched on.

Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.

This should set the time right but you may gmhave to restart the watch s dcsyn afew times.

However if it is losing more than a few seconds per day when not synced and it's still under warranty get it replaced.
