It could be the watch face you are using. Change it to another and see if they come back

I have tried many times today to log into my account. It said email and/or
pass word wrong. I tried a new password, it continued to repeatedly send a
new password reset link.

@donnaharris I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Tell me, when you log in with your credentials in the online Dashboard, do you get an error as well? Have you restarted your phone already? Have you turned off/on WiFi on your phone? If so, please reply to us with a screenshot of the error message you're able to see so we can check this further.
