Hi fitbit i have a question. For my clockfaces it starting loading then it wont upload them to my clockfaces on my versa.

Regarding the clock faces issue that your Fitbit Versa is experiencing, I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if your watch loads your clock faces properly.
In the meantime, make sure that the clock faces chosen are developed by Fitbit, not third party clock faces. Also, restart your Versa as described in this help article and try loading a clock face again and see if the issue gets fixed.

Best AnswerI have only had my fitbit less than 24 hours, and am SSO FRUSTRATED, VERY difficult to set up, and clock error keeps coming up, and no clockface seems to be compatible. I have set it up 6 times since 7pm last night, due to constant clock error messages. Not happy!!
