Communication between Fitbit versa 2 and LG ThinQ

I’ve always had android phone and had no problem connecting my versa 2 to my LG ThinQ app for my washer and dryer. I just switched to iPhone 14 pro and can’t get Fitbit to even find the app. Have deleted and reinstalled both Fitbit and LG ThinQ. Fitbit still doesn’t find app when I search for it.

Hi @SunsetRunner  - this is because unless there is a notification from the app on an iPhone it may not be listed in the selectable apps.

Make sure that the app is configured to produce s notification on the watch status bar, it may require show previews always and once there is notification showing in the status bar you should be able to set it it up in the Fitbit App.

On Android all installed apps are selectable in the Fitbit App.

I finally got it to show up. I didn’t do anything different than the 1st
few times. Working now. Weird! Thanks for your input. Might help someone
down the road. --
