Community Steps Not Updating?

So I don't know if this is just me, but ever since I updated to the new look app - the community steps haven't been updating. My daily steps/exercise has been updating but nothing else. According to my app I'm sitting at 75,903 steps since Saturday and it is now Thursday of the following week.

 

I've contacted support but they just told me to log out and reset everything, did that and no change. 

 

Anyone have any ideas?
