Versa not registering active minutes after update 3rd July 2019

There was an update this morning and now the active minutes aren't registering and the 'get off your backside and move every hour' function has stopped. Have tried a restart and a synch and no improvement. Anyone else got the same problem?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @BevMor.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your Fitbit Versa stopped tracking your active minutes and the reminders to move have stopped working after the latest update. I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts. As you know, the active minutes are awarded when the activity you're doing or logging is more strenuous than regular walking. For more information about how the active minutes are calculated, please see this help article: What are active minutes? I would like to confirm if these are the steps you tried to restart your Versa: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Regarding the reminders to move, please confirm if the reminders in the Fitbit app are turned on:

1. On the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the hourly activity tile. This is the tile that shows the number of hours you completed 250 steps.
2. Tap the gear icon and turn Reminders to Move on.

For more information about reminders to move, please see here

I'll be around if you need further help!
