Compatibility with Samsung A51

Hi Guys,

Hope everyone is keeping well. I really need to have clear and confirmed answer whether Samsung A51 is compatible with Fitbit Versa 2? And that means compatible by all means including call and SMS notification and sync etc. Your help would be greatly appreciated because I am about to buy a new phone and want to be sure of it.

Can someone please help here?

Any word if the Samsung A51 works with the Versa? I have a Charge 4 and my phone is to old and the A51 is my first choice unless it doesn't work with the Charge 4

It's disappointing that they haven't answered. However, I do know someone who has the Versa 2 with this phone and they haven't reported any issues back to me yet. I bought this as a gift for my daughter last week. She has the Samsung A51.

I have just updated my phone from Samsung s9 to samsung a51 and my fitbit charge 2 isn't recognised.  I'm reluctant to buy a Versa incase I have the same problem 🙄

The a51 isn't listed on the "supported" handsets so i guess its not compatible. Really frustrated 😐

UPDATE followed troubleshooting steps and got my Versa2 to synch to my A51!  Yeah!  User error on my part. My bad.

are you able to get the mobile tracker option? I'm not seeing it on my app for the a51.

Is the Fitbit Sense compatible with the A51 5g phone?

I have the A51 5G and it syncs to my versa 2 no problem

Hi there just wanted to check if your versa 2 is working with all notifications etc with yr A51. I hv a Versa (the first model tht came out) still not on compatible list with the A51  thanks

Yes it works perfectly, no problem one thing I have learned is you must
disconnect your old phone it will interfere with the new phone
notification.
