Hi 🙂

I am checking the compatibility of these 3 smartphones:
- Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Lite.
- Huawei P20 Pro
- Huawei P40 Lite 5G

In your search engine (https://staticcs.fitbit.com/es/devices) I can't find any of the 3 devices:

I have a fitbit versa 2 and I am going to change my phone and I would like to confirm through the official channel that it is compatible with any of these devices.

Thanks in advance.

Kind regards,

Laura

Hi!! Thanks for your response. But as I said in the post, that page is just the one I have consulted and it does not solve my doubts ☹

@LauraBen  I don't think Fitbit can state with any certainty that any particular phone will be 100% compatible. It seems that what might appear to be identical phones from different companies might have different systems. I know a guy with a Straight Talk phone that should be identical to a friend's Boost Mobile phone. but they are not the same when it comes to operating systems, etc. Huawei seems to have more problems from posts on the forums. Samsung, which is one I use, seems to do well and I have friends with Moto E and Moto G Stylus that work well. You could check the Android area of the forums and see if anyone mentions those phones. That's about all I know that you could do. I hate buying new phones!
