I entered a hot bath with my Fitbit Versa 2. It is now completely blank and unresponsive. I've tried charging, holding the button... it's just blank and dead. Can I assume that I should just discard it and that it's done?

Hi @JapanFB - unfortunately most likely. It may even get hot when trying to charge it, and if so stop immediately.

 

Most likely water got in as they don't like hot water and detergents.

 

You may be able to get a new one quite cheaply.

 

Don't go for a more expensive one before thoroughly researching in the forums as the latest ones have some features missing compared to the Versa 2.
