My Versa Lite screen went blank after the latest firmware update. I have followed the instructions to restart the device several times. It is still tracking and providing information to my phone.

Hi @mikej1013 - Probably best to chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support. It may require to be factory reset in case the update failed in some way. See other similar posts of after update issues.
