I have been a Fitbit User for over 5 years. I bought the very first Fitbit made. Last year, I bought a Versa. I needed the HR monitor and other features for health reasons. The battery life is awful!!! I had a good 2 month run of it lasting 2-3 days. I do not have notifications from my phone going to it. I charge it fully each time. I've done everything Fitbit has said to do, and the charge lasts maybe 5 hours if I'm lucky!! I no longer wear it to sleep (no point as its typically dead before I go to bed). I'm pretty fed up with it. And Fitbit won't do anything to fix the issue. I was told to purchase a Versa 2, as this problem has been solved. Umm, no!? I paid $200+ for the one I have, they need to fix it OR give me a Versa 2 to replace mine. If it's not fixed, I will have to stop being a Fitbit User and try another brand!!

it looks like you got a lemon.
The battery life shouldn't be that bad, and Fitbit should have remedied that in the early stages before it got that bad.
Usually Fitbit replaces items if it's early on into the purchase and you encounter problems. I've learned to buy extended warranties since the Blaze when I had 2 watches die in 16 months, and after the replacement died after about 8 months I was told to buy another one.
