I successfully connected bitmoji to fit bit but on my versa says to visit the clock face settings on my phone to connect bitmoji via Snapchat, which I already did. It has displayed this message since last night. Any suggestions?

I had to use the edge browser to get the app to connect. The default browser was doing the same thing that yours was. I quit trying for a week and went back to a different watch face because of the aggravation this caused. Now it's working fine. Took forever to install...but working.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled everything. I've booted and rebooted. The Versa I have is a replacement I received from Fitbit after the original one had condensation in the sensor. It takes so long to go thru all the steps that have been suggested on this blog, and yet I persevere because I think it would be so much fun.
@ FITBIT: So many people are having issues with the Bitmoji app. Lots of Fitbit users are offering tips and suggestions. WHAT is going on? WHAT can you do to help?

I definitely agree. Mine has not worked right since day one My daughter bought an apple...no issues and it does more. My ionic keeps telling me to link them. The app shows they are linked but my watch says I still need to. I have done everything that you did too.
Ionic help!!!

I agree!
I've been stuck for 2 days as well. I went to a different clock face and wanted to go back to Bitmoji. I've been very careful not permanently unlinked Bitmoji/Snapchat.
I done everything under the sun, uninstalling, reset, etc. This is so - not user friendly!

What a neat concept. I was so excited about the Bitmoji clock face! This should be so cool, but IT IS NOT! I have been trying and trying to get this clock face to work. My fitbit keeps telling me to visit my clock face settings on my phone. Snapchat and Bitmoji are linked. Fitbit shows as being connected to Snapchat in the Snapchat account. I have updated Fitbit, Snapchat and Bitmoji. I have restarted the Fitbit by pressing the 2 lower buttons several times. I am so frustrated. I really wanted this clock face but it should not be this hard. Pure ridiculousness.

Hi all,
I had also tried all the suggestions without any success. Finally this is what I did to fix the issue. Go to Snapchat and remove/unlink Fitbit. Then go back to the Bitmoji clock face in the Fitbit app and connect to Snapchat. Is was that easy for me. I hope it works for you too!
