Connecting Versa to Samsung Note 10+

Has anyone had any luck connecting their versa to the Samsung note 10+? I have tried everything. Turned it off and back on many times during the set up process, unpaired from account, unpaired from phone (previously connected on Note 8). Start going through the process to connect it and it "finds" the Fitbit, but it will not connect. Anyone have any tips for me.

Your phone is not on the Approved Devices list so may work for some functions and not others.

Great. Now I have $150.00 piece of technology that I can't use. Truly disappointed with Fitbit.
