Connecting computer app to wifi

I was entering songs for the Fitbit Versa, then suddenly it stopped accepting songs, saying I was not connected to WIFI.  I checked the computer and it was still connected to the WIFI.  I went to the Fitbit program on the computer, open up the manage WIFI network, the WIFI setup window opened up, but none of the WIFI networks that my computer showed were listed.  When I first the Fitbit set up, I had connected to the WIFI at that time. 

So how do I get the WIFI networks to show up in the WIFI setup window.

Let me help you with your app's wifi. It is odd that your app isn't accepting a wifi connection. I suggest you remove it from your computer, restart your computer and install it again.

I tried uninstalling, restarted the PC and installed Fitbit again, WIFI list is still not showing up
