I have tried EVERYTHING and am still not connecting to GPS. This is extremely frustrating. Help please...

Hello @McTomb and a warm welcome.  There are different phone/app settings that are different among iOS/Android/Windows phones.  A little more information is needed.  What model phone are you using? 

Also, has everything included this Help article?
