This is outrageous. I paid good money for both of these devices. Will this be fixed soon?

Hi, has this issue been resolved yet? I just chatted with Fitbit Help and The help person (Joel) had never heard of the AirPod volume issue with the Versa. He had some troubleshooting general steps and promised to email me the chat transcript and I’m still waiting for that even.

Nope. Still an issue, which is very frustrating. Fitbit has terrible customer service and needs to fix this issue.
