I got my versa 2 for Xmas but I've had no luck connecting to Alexa. I've followed all of the trouble shooting with no success. I have the Alexa app and latest Fitbit app on my phone. I've reset my WiFi. My app is running in the background, I've allowed access to everything, and I am logged in to Alexa on the Fitbit app. However, I still get the connection lost error on my versa 2 and it's showing as disconnected on the Alexa app. I am using a Huawei smart 10, android, in the UK, I am guessing it's compatible??
