Connection difficulties and sensors nor working

I got a new versa to replace my blaze. The versa doesn’t have any green lights on the back of it even though it’s charged.

it also is found by the Fitbit app, connects once but doesn’t connect any more after following all the advice I could find on here. Can anyone help me?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. If the heart rate sensors of your Fitbit Versa are not flashing as they should, please check: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and let me know if the issue persists.

 

In regards the connection difficulties you're experiencing, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? Is your device not syncing or you're unable to set it up with your account? More details about this issue will be appreciated so we can move forward.
