Connection difficulties with Versa 2

Will not connect to bluetooth, will not connect to headset, will not stay connected to the Wi-Fi after several uninstalls and several unpairs not to mention barely a month later the price drastically dropped what I paid is so not worth it....waste of money....anyone else having these issues?

I am not sure exactly when this has occurred but noticed the issue the date of the original post.  Tried all possible troubleshooting methods.... nothing works.  Waste of time and definitely not worth the headache or cost.  Better off with a true tracker or smartwatch even with their cost.

I agree.  Had mine about two weeks. Nothing but trouble. I’m tired of looking at the Fitbit logo on my screen. I can’t get the main screen to come up. I’ve tried everything. It’s so frustrating. Time to buy an Apple Watch!

It's sad that you pay for something and it doesn't meet the expectations of the price you pay for it. I have had mine about a month. The connection was stable now it doesn't stay connected at all. I have to constantly add my password WiFi and once I close out the app, it's gone. I should have followed my first mind and bought the Galaxy watch but reading the reviews and the features the Versa 2 offered, decided to buy this. So hate that I did. Money wasted. You can try all the troubleshooting and it doesn't work. No real support.

None of this worked for my FitBit.....never again.   I need a response or I will take this matter a step further.

I returned mine and got a full refund. I was really surprised. There is a
place on the FitBit website for returns. You print the return label and
drop it off at a FedEx location. I've gone back to using my Charge band.

Of course the 45 days has expired!  So no return!

My issue is specifically that it will not stay connected to the Wi-Fi every time that I enter the password which it makes me to enter constantly as soon as I back up out of that it disconnects it's very frustrating because it seems to be the only way that I can sync my Pandora stations to the watch so that I can use it the way that it was designed to be used this is now a year-and-a-half after I actually got it and I'm finally trying to make these things work properly because I've just dealt with it not working properly
