I purchased my Versa SE yesterday. I had difficulty connecting with bluetooth, ultimately I had to disconnect my phone bluetooth from every other device I have (my car, my samsung watch, my Bose speaker, my husbands car), and trun off my bluetooth and turn it back on 3 times, before the Versa would finally connect. I finally got through the rest of the set up process, and thought I had everything functioning.
Then I decided to try to change the clock face. Unfortunately, I cannot. When I choose a different clock face, the screen flashes back and forth between the screen with the picture of the watch face, and a message box that says it cannot connect to my versa. Yet, it is tracking, and synching updayed tracking info fine.
I just want to switch from analogue to digital clock face!!!
Anyone out there with Samsung Note 8 that can help me?

@Pepsimx5 welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the connection issues that you have experienced with your Fitbit Versa and your Note 8. I'm afraid to say the this device is not in the Supported devices list. This may be the reason why your Versa doesn't connect with it properly.
I'd like you to submit a compatibility request in our Feature Suggestion board and people can vote for it. The more votes your request gets, the more chances it will have to be reviewed by our Support team.
