Constant Issues with Versa 2 fitbit

Hi there,

 

I am having constant issues with my fitbit's connectivity and am spending time every day trying to fix these. I've had the device for a week.

 

Disconnecting Notifications

Notifications disconnect and stay disconnect frequently, even if the phone is right next to me. So far I have to perform a combination of the following. After a lot of time sometimes these things work.

Force quit the app

Turn on and off the Bluetooth

Unpair and pair devices

Turn phone on and off

Turn notifications on and off

Turn fitbit on and off

 

Syncing not working

There are times where the sync just won't work even though the setting is on sync all day

also tried combos of the following. Most often when the sync works the notifications then turn off. If the device doesn't sync I can't access my data.

 

I have also had to hard reset to see if this resolves the issues, I don't want to have to do this every time something disconnects.

 

Whilst I understand the device can sometimes do these things should my device be this inconsistent with it? I am spending lots of time every day to figure out what is wrong with this and try to fix it.
