My new Versa 3 needs to be reconnected every morning to my iPhone 12 as the clock is always 5 to 10 minutes slow.
When I open the App, it syncs the Fitbit and the time updates to correct time.
Background refresh is enabled in the iPhone.
What can I do so that I don’t have to manually sync my Fitbit every morning?

Hi @Paul_London - if your watch loses that much time, it seems faulty. Take it back and get a refund.
Mine loses about a second a day at most and that's without syncing between charges every 5 days.
