I’ve accidentally unchecked this on my watch and can’t get it back(recheck it) How do I get this back??

From main clock face, scroll down (swipe up) through today's stats to 'Settings'.  Enter that and check the box by Core Stats.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
