How do I update my versa lite?

I recently got a Versa lite, and it's not tracking steps properly. I took it back to the shop and they told me to update the firmware. When I google how to do this, the instructions are to go to account on the app, press my device image, then press the pink update button. The only problem is, there isn't any update button. There's a photo of what I'm being shown when following the instructions below. How do I update my watch?versa lite update.jpg

If there were an update available to you then there would indeed be a button to accept it. However, your screen capture says that your firmware is on 33.1.30 which is the latest version as shown in the following help file: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1372/

 

When you say it's not tracking steps properly, what do you mean by that?
