spo2 value was showing properly on its first day after installed but second day onwards it starts showing "couldn't read".dont know why?

I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Versa. Have you tried doing a restart? If not, please give that a try, by holding down the button for 10+ seconds until you see the Fitbit logo. Please also close out of the Fitbit app on your mobile device, reopen it and sync. Fingers crossed that does the trick for you.
