3rd replacement issue: Versa counting steps while driving. Any suggestions? The one post I found didn't apply to the Versa.

I am also very curious what to recommend. I ride a motorcycle for commuting. The Fitbit counts all options during motorcycling.

 

Hope someone knows something or something to do something about it?

I contacted Fitbit. I was told that there are 2 ways to correct the issue.
Waiting on the email. Sickening that I'm already on replacement 3 and still
having issues!!

It hasn't gone anywhere. Fitbit solution to the problem is to deduct the
miles. Am I supposed to keep track each time I drive?? So fed up with the
irresponsible behaviors and less than acceptable solutions!!

I've went through this entire "community" forum and I haven't found a solution to the problem.  Every single one of their "solutions" are stupid!!!  They really have NO solution so they feed us lines of CRAP to make us THINK they know what they're talking about.  When in reality they have no idea why the Versa counts steps while we are driving and they have no clue how to fix it.  Eventually they'll figure out why it's happening and they "fix" it when they come out with the NEXT fitbit!!!  But we'll be stuck with these because we were the guinea pigs and we got to tell Fitbit what all the bugs were!!!
