Have the issues been resolved as far as the Versa counting clapping as steps and driving down the road? Wondering if I missed a software update or if my Versa is not functioning properly. I’d hate to download another app or try to delete steps . That defeats the purpose .

@Amyfit15 Pretty normal as it is a hand tracker. Try changing the Wrist Placement setting in your Account settings to Dominant. Also, you can give Versa a reboot by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes. To remove the "ghost" steps from driving you can manually log Driving activity in your Fitbit mobile app (or Dashboard on Fitbit.com) for the time period when you accumulated the steps.

Hi @Amyfit15 and @Marrrmaduke ! It's great to see you in the Community.
@Amyfit15 thank you for sharing your concern about the step count. I totally understand how you are feeling and appreciate your feedback. Our team is always working on improving our devices and user experiences, and your comments are always welcome.
I see that our friend @Marrrmaduke provided some instructions regarding your inquiry. Was this the answer you were looking for? If it was, I recommend marking the answer given as a solution. By doing this, other users with the same inquiry will be able to find a faster response.
As @Marrrmaduke mentioned, your device is a motion sensor on your wrist and it may count some steps when you're moving your arms, however it shouldn't be significant when compared to your overall stats. Also, it is expected device behavior at the moment to count steps during a driving activity.
Remember the device tries to give you credit for all movements throughout the day. You can find more information in this article: How accurate are Fitbit devices?
@Marrrmaduke thank you for your help!
