My Fitbit stopped counting my floors yesterday. Software issues or watch issue?  Any thoughts?

Hello @mmga1964

Try restarting your Versa 2. You will not lose any data doing a restart. Hold the side button down and continue to hold it down until the Fitbit Logo appears then release the button. You will feel the Versa 2 vibrate indicating the restart is complete. Now test out your tracker to see if your floors are being properly counted again.
😉 Hopefully this resolves the problem. Please let me know.
