Cracked Versa screen

I had had my versa for 27 days and bumped it on the Elliptical machine and the screen cracked. Has anyone had any screen cracking issues. To make it worse I contacted customer service and they would not replace it. They would only give me a discount on purchasing a new one stating that the screen is not impact resistant. I barley bumped it. I cant believe they are making a product to be used while exercising that is not more rigid.

I'm very sorry to hear the screen on your Fitbit Versa cracked when you were exercising on the Elliptical machine. Thank you for taking the time to get in touch with our Support Team regarding this matter. I am sorry for the disappointment, I am sure they tried to help you in the best possible manner, each case is reviewed individually and a solution that's being provided is based on the Fitbit Warranty. I totally understand how you are feeling and appreciate your feedback.
