Cracked Versa screen

Had versa 1 week and woke with cracked screen. Fitbit contacted and only offering discount on new watch even though I've just spent £150 on this one. Any ideas on how can get screen repaired? Refuse to pay out more cash on new watch that's made so poorly!!
