Is there still no repair centre for Versa displays? I have cracked mine after having it less than a year and when I bought the watch I specifically asked if it was sturdy as I do a lot of active sports. They never mentioned screen protectors for the watch (I didn’t even know these existed). Nevertheless I have now cracked my screen on my Fitbit Versa and it’s not in the 30 day return period. I am happy to pay for a repair on the watch but there just doesn’t seem to be this option!? This is ridiculous to buy a new one every time. I nearly bought an Apple Watch and now I’m starting to wish I had.
Has anyone had any success in getting there Fitbit screen repaired? Any help would be greatly appreciated as I pay for Fitbit coach too but there’s no point if I can’t use my Fitbit.
My credit card card doesn’t cover wear and tear or accidental damage so I can’t go down this route.

Well what happened is basically I got told that there is no repair. The only thing I can do is buy another Fitbit! This is ridiculous that the watch works perfectly and I can’t get the screen replaced and have to buy a new one!
