Talked to customer support earlier, they told me they would send email in 15mins and that was an hour ago... anyone else had problems with customer support

Hi @Kam1382 did you get the email yet? Sometimes they need to review what interaction was taken between you and the customer service representative, but I'm sure they will be in contact with you.
