Hi @amanda040630 - Exactly what do you mean? Did the app get deleted? Or was your Versa removed from the app?

the Fitbit Versa Lite head is bad and i call Fitbit this morning and she
told me to send the top of the Fitbit Versa lite head in and i would get a
new head and i just asking how the new head will get send to me because the
girl i talk to this morning never ask for a address
